Part-Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant\n
Santa Barbara Reproductive Care is a rapidly growing women's health practice dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based gynecologic care to women throughout every stage of life—from adolescence through the reproductive years and into menopause.

Founded in 2024, our practice has quickly established itself as a trusted destination for comprehensive and compassionate women's healthcare on the Central Coast. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an experienced, board-certified OB-GYN in a collaborative private practice that values excellence, innovation, and personalized patient care. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's health, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and is eager to expand their clinical and procedural skills.

Qualifications\n

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for licensure in California)
- Women's health or OB-GYN experience preferred, but motivated candidates with a strong interest in women's health are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
