Job DescriptionPosition Title: HR Generalist
Location: NW Portland, OR – On-site
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 1–3 months, with potential to become permanent
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable company based in NW Portland, OR, to find a dedicated HR Generalist to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to essential HR operations in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document HR operational procedures into a comprehensive HR manual
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and general HR matters
- Manage and fully process monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Serve as a liaison between employees, the company’s benefits provider, and insurance broker
- Provide general HR support across departments and ensure compliance with internal processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience processing payroll (full cycle), preferably using ADP Workforce Now
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and employee relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
