Your Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll play a crucial role in our patient care team, ensuring that each patient receives the time and attention they deserve. Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Kentucky and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience is a plus, but we encourage new graduates to apply!
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
