Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting Wage: $42.50 per hour for new graduates
  • Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, maintaining good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.
