Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects related to critical technologies and automation, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors. This role will involve leading teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
This is a high travel role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, construction, and controls, to facilitate project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Oversee the quality control of project deliverables and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience, particularly in automation and critical technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in the data center or construction sectors - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BAS, controls, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs and site visits.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
