Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to streamline bookkeeping processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Generate regular financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise applications; experience with popular accounting software is preferred.
- Familiarity with re-occurring billing and construction billing is required. Ability to track monthly billing month over month and report on changes helpful to mandatory.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
