Job DescriptionPressure Washer TechnicianKey Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and tools.

Clean exterior surfaces such as concrete, siding, brick, roofs, windows, vehicles, and equipment.

Apply cleaning solutions and detergents as needed.

Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.

Safely handle ladders, hoses, and equipment.

Follow proper safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of pressure washing equipment.

Communicate with supervisors or clients about project details and completion.
-
Properly dispose of wastewater and chemicals in compliance with environmental regulations.

Assist with other cleaning or maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Prior experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of cleaning solutions, equipment handling, and safety practices.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and quality of work.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (may be required).
