Rivershores is a premier hardwood flooring company currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our in-house custom flooring & millwork finishing position.

Experience is a plus but not required as we are willing to train a candidate if they are willing to learn. This person must be hardworking, motivated and a team player.

A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required and this person must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Duties:

• Finishing wood flooring in-house for custom orders.
• Making stair parts in warehouse.
• Sanding and finishing accessories for our hardwood flooring products.
• Color matching new selections coming in to our product line.
• Making sure all work orders are finished in the time frame allotted.
• Keeping an inventory of products needed to complete finishing jobs and placing orders with the staff when items are running low.
• Keep a clean work environment.
• Communicate well with schedulers and staff for the jobs to be done via voice and email
• Assisting the warehouse with unloading freight trucks if needed - must be able (or willing to learn) to drive a forklift.
