The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for first call contact on lead generation for new business.
We are looking for an extraverted person who enjoys talking to people over the phone and seeking out pain and delivering value propositions.
This is a think on your toe’s role and someone with quick wit would thrive in this position.

Person would be responsible for the following

You will play a crucial role in the sales process and you MUST be HUNGRY to get the job done
You will be responsible for messaging your scheduled calls the night before and/or the morning of to send them a call reminder and the link to your call [on Zoom]
You will also be required to upload your discovery call recording to our CRM, update the CRM, and follow up with your lead/s to get more calls booked
You will also be expected to attend 1-3 daily sales huddles with the team
The SDR will be assigned to an experienced Sales Professional to support their sales activities by adding additional selling opportunities to their schedule
SDRs who demonstrate the work ethic, coachability, and aptitude for generating quality leads and appointments will have the opportunity to be hired into our full-fledged Sales Professional opportunity
SDRs will participate in a comprehensive, in-office, structured training program equipping them for each activity assigned
