There is room for personal and professional growth on our team.We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to oversee and guide our growing marketing efforts at Modern+Chic.Position SummaryAs the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading and supervising the marketing functions of Modern+Chic. You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and provide oversight to ensure brand consistency across channels. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as you’ll be guiding team members, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring marketing projects are completed successfully.The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to lead while working alongside the team. Creativity and passion for fashion is also imperative.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Oversight & Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand voice, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop marketing initiatives that support sales goals and overall company growth.
Team Leadership:
- Provide direction and support to marketing team members, including content creators and social media staff.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams (design, product, operations) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to encourage professional growth and high-quality output.
Campaign Execution & Strategy:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Coordinate the execution of campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and creative assets.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations.
- Use data insights to improve efficiency, engagement, and ROI across all marketing channels.
- Track KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing, supervisory, or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc. ).
- Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
