About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Publisher Sales Director (Non-Gaming) to accelerate adoption of our SDK and monetization solutions among non-gaming apps. You will leverage strong relationships across the supply-side ecosystem, combined with a deep understanding of the mobile advertising space, to close new publisher partnerships and upsell additional monetization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:New Business

Prospect, pitch, and close new non-gaming publisher accounts for BidMachine, exceeding quarterly sales quotas

Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and its customers
Onboarding & Account Development

Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers at publisher organizations

Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support
Market Insight & Evangelism

Act as the voice of publishers by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends, and competitive activity

Champion the benefits of BidMachine and its broader portfolio of monetization solutions
What We're Looking For

Strong existing relationships across the non-gaming app ecosystem

A proven and exceptional track record of closing new business with non-gaming publishers and managing a portfolio of accounts

Deep knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem

Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships

An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
