About the Role
We’re a growing wholesale company seeking a detail-oriented Full Cycle Accountant to take over daily accounting operations. This is a fast paced, dynamic, hands-on role handling AP, AR, and reconciliations, working closely with Ownership. This role has a clear career growth path, and you will obtain more responsibilities as you progress.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process Accounts Payable &amp; Accounts Receivable</li>
<li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate financial records and journal entries</li>
<li>Month-end close</li>
<li>Reporting and expense tracking</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience</li>
<li>Experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations</li>
<li>Basic understanding of accounting principles</li>
<li>ERP experience (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)</li>
<li>Excel experience</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable</li>
<li>Inventory or product-based businesses (preferred)</li>
