Supply Chain Manager | Kentwood, MI
Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
- Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
- Optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize holding costs while ensuring continuous production.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams on demand forecasting and production planning to ensure material availability.
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business field.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics best practices.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or ERP module implementation (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud).
- Demonstrated experience in international logistics and global sourcing.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for supply chain analytics.
