We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Residential Wireman to join our team, with expertise in residential electrical systems and a passion for exceptional service. As a Licensed Residential Wireman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and systems within residential settings. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, reliable electrical solutions that meet all safety standards and customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse residential environments delivering top-quality electrical services with enthusiasm and professionalism. $35 starting pay with a $2k sign on bonus - paid after completing required hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and panels in residential settings.
• Conduct safety inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of emergency power systems as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to plan electrical layouts for new or renovated homes.
• Document work performed accurately using Housecall Pro.
• Follow all safety protocols during installations and repairs, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide guidance on energy-efficient solutions and upgrades to clients when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Residential Wireman with relevant state or local licensing boards.
• Proven experience working in residential electrical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for residential wiring.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
