The Work:


We are seeking a dynamic trainer to lead our Implementation Certification Program. You will be the primary instructor for intensive classroom sessions, guiding new consultants from novice to Client Ready. You will be responsible for curriculum development, translating complex treasury concepts into digestible learning modules, and assisting with maintaining the GARVIS learning system. You will be responsible for building out the program architecture as well as building as maintaining the "Standardized Implementation Practices Database"a complex, simulated GTreasury environment that mirrors real-world client scenarios. You will also lead the technical grading process for new hire certifications, ensuring trainees meet "Client Ready Proficiency" standards in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution configuration.


What You Will Do:


  • Training Environment Management: Own the "Golden Copy" training environment. Ensure all dummy client data is accurate, refreshed after every cohort, and stable for hands-on use.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and build the training decks, exercises, and learner guides for the "Client Ready" certification tracks.
  • GARVIS (LMS) Management: Co-Own the prerequisite digital curriculum.
  • Build the Client Scenarios: Create and maintain the technical specifications for the New Hire Capstone Project. You will configure the "answer key" against which new hire implementations are assessed.
  • Technical Grading & Certification: Review the backend configurations of new hire implementations during their final assessment for client readiness.
  • Classroom Delivery: Lead the hands-on training cohorts for new hires for the evolving portfolio of treasury solutions.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Act as the primary mentor during the "Client Scenarios" implementation week. Provide over-the-shoulder guidance to trainees as they attempt to configure the system independently. Hold office hours to support the internal implementation team.
  • Skill Gap Analysis: Monitor trainee performance to identify struggling participants and implement remedial 1-on-1 coaching plans to get them to on track.


What You Will Bring:



  • 3+ years of technical experience implementing treasury management systems.
  • Proven presentation skillsability to hold the attention of a room for extended periods.
  • Experience designing training materials or instructional design.
  • Proficiency in treasury management functionality, specifically: Liquidity Management, Payments, Forecasting, Risk, and Netting.
  • Deep understanding of Connectivity (Bank formatting, SFTP) and Database logic.
  • Experience creating technical documentation or specification sheets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system errors in a sandbox environment.
