• Own the setup and operation of Swiss-type CNC lathes to produce small, close‑tolerance parts.
• Read and apply blueprints/operation sheets and GD&T to verify conformance.
• Utilize Mitsubishi controls for efficient, stable production.
• Measure features with precision instruments; record results and react to variation.
• Perform tooling changes, offset updates, and minor G-code/M-code edits.
• Support machine setups for production runs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner across shifts and functions; perform other duties as assigned.

Must-haves

• 3–5 years of experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required).
• Strong blueprint literacy and geometric tolerancing (GD&T) capability.
• Comfort with Mitsubishi controls and CNC tooling.
• Proficiency with metrology tools; solid problem-solving and math skills.
• G-code/M-code familiarity; ability to troubleshoot CNC processes.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset; ITAR Registered.

Preferred exposure

• CNC machine installation or commissioning experience.
