Job DescriptionTax Accountant
We are a rapidly growing consulting and CPA firm with an immediate opportunity available for a Tax Accountant. We provide a rewarding work environment and understand employee's needs for balance of personal and professional life. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently along with the ability to perform multiple projects at once.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing Individual, Corporate Tax Returns, Partnership, and S-Corporation Returns
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe
- Suggest client tax planning ideas to Partner and/or Director, and assist Partner/Director in tax planning and research
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field
- Knowledge of Quickbook, CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess Tax software
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe.
