We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity.

In this role, you'll help deliver personalized, hands-on treatment plans that support each resident's unique physical, cognitive, and functional goals. If you're passionate about helping individuals regain independence, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and providing high-quality, compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Restore Independence: Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' motor skills, daily living activities, and functional abilities.
• Educate & Support: Guide and train patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Assist with ongoing assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, effective care.

What You'll Need:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for your patients.
