Preschool Lead & Assistant Teachers

Location: Timonium, MD (In-Person)

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on role & experience)

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available (No nights, weekends, or holidays!)

Choose Your Path

We are currently hiring for two dynamic roles:

Lead Teacher: Take ownership of your classroom. You’ll design engaging lesson plans using our proprietary Seedlings® curriculum, mentor your assistant teacher, and build deep relationships with families.
Assistant Teacher: Partner closely with the Lead Teacher to bring lessons to life, support classroom management, and help create a warm, well-run environment where kids thrive.

What You’ll Do

Bring the Energy: Play, teach, comfort, and laugh! Stay actively engaged with children throughout the day.
Create Magic: Implement creative, hands-on activities and lead outdoor play.
Keep it Safe: Maintain proper staff-to-child ratios and ensure a clean, nurturing environment.
Connect: Communicate warmly and professionally with parents about their child’s day.
(Lead Teachers only): Take the lead on classroom management, child assessments, and mentoring your assistant.

Who You Are

You have an "I've got this!" attitude and bring positive energy to the classroom.
You believe learning should be playful, joyful, and active (no sit-back supervision here!).
You are reliable, flexible, and a true team player.
For Lead Teachers: You hold a minimum of Associate’s in ECE (or related field), a CDA, or a Group Teacher certification, plus 1+ years of classroom experience.
For Assistant Teachers: You have a High School Diploma (ECE coursework/experience is a huge plus!) and a willingness to learn.
