We’re seeking an organized, reliable, and friendly Administrative Assistant to help keep our therapy spaces running smoothly and support our amazing staff.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital behind-the-scenes role by ensuring therapy areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. This person helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and families. From keeping materials labeled and uploaded to running errands and organizing therapy tools, you’ll be the go-to support that keeps everything in place.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and shared areas

Restock and sanitize toys, equipment, and therapy materials as needed

Organize and label therapy tools and resources

Upload and label documents accurately into internal systems

Run occasional errands to support staff and clinic needs (e.g., picking up supplies)

Create a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for staff and families

Support front desk and administrative team as needed

Assist with prepping materials or light crafting for therapy sessions

Other general administrative or support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous experience in a support or clerical role preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help

Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively

Comfortable working around children in a pediatric setting

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (for organizing supplies or toys)
