Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s primary 3PL vendor, managing day-to-day operations and relationship.

Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments and deliveries.

Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and maintain service excellence.

Communicate proactively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.

Manage competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where needed.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, warehouse coordination or supply chain management.

Strong ability to handle time pressures and juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide a team to success.

Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proactive approach.

Familiarity with 3PL operations and vendor management is highly preferred.
