Job Summary:
The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across all business units. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to Quality Carriers, Inc. continued growth and talent.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across all business units.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
- Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
· Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel: 5%
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
