We are seeking an experienced residential title producer to join our growing team. This is an in-person position for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage residential title transactions from contract through closing.
Responsibilities:
1. Process residential title and closing files from opening to closing
2. Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements
3. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys
4. Prepare and review closing packages and related documentation
5. Manage multiple files while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
6. Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and professional closing experience
Qualifications:
1. Prior title processing experience required
2. Experience with Qualia software preferred
3. Strong organizational and communication skills
4. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and significant file volume
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service
6. Team-player mentality and positive attitude
