Mancan Staffing is **partnering with a leading manufacturing facility in Donora, PA**, to find an **experienced Fitter/Fabricator**! If you have **welding, fitting, and blueprint reading skills**, this is your opportunity to join a top-tier team and advance your career!
**What Youll Do:
**Interpret and work from blueprints & technical drawings**
**Fit, layout, and assemble parts & piping systems** with precision
**Perform high-quality MIG welding** to meet strict specifications
**Ensure all work meets customer requirements & industry standards**
**What Were Looking For:
**Proven experience** in fabrication, fitting, and layout
**Proficiency in MIG welding** and blueprint reading
**Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality**
**Reliable & team-oriented with a strong work ethic**
**Position Details:
**Schedule:** Monday Friday, **7:00 AM 3:00 PM**
