Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Pay
No Fridays or Weekends | Private Practice | Full-Time

Our team-driven private dental group is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our highly respected and supportive office. We’re a fast-paced, modern practice with a strong focus on quality patient care and team collaboration.

Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we’re excited to support your growth and success.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 8AM to 5PM
  (End times may vary slightly based on appointments)
• No Fridays or weekends
• Modern, 15-operatory office with in-house dental lab
• Fully digital: Dentrix, Dexis, Schick sensors, intraoral cameras
• Team includes 5 General Dentists, 2 Hygienists, and 20 support staff
• All services offered, including extractions, root canals, implants, and Cerec crowns

Compensation & Benefits:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive hourly wage ($40 to $50/hr) + bonuses
  (Our hygienists have earned $90,000+ annually)

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygiene License (new grads welcome)
• Strong clinical skills and eagerness to learn
• Experience with Dentrix and dental coding a plus
