Yost & Campbell —serving the community since 1939—is looking for a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join the team in our Mt. Vernon office.
In this role, you’ll handle the permitting process for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation projects, including filing applications, tracking approvals, and coordinating with municipalities. You’ll also schedule final inspections once jobs are complete and may assist Project Coordinators with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the permitting process for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation projects

File applications, track approvals, and coordinate with municipalities

Schedule inspections once jobs are complete

Provide support to Project Coordinators as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail with the ability to track multiple permits at once

Excellent communication skills for working with municipalities, inspectors, and internal teams

Prior permitting experience a plus
- Service Titan experience preferred
