Job Title: Service & Accounts Coordinator

Reports to: Field Service & Administration Manager
Hours: 7am-4pm PST

We’re looking for a Service & Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly. In this unique role, you’ll be the hub that connects our customers, field service technicians, and vendors—ensuring service jobs move smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do
- Be the heartbeat of our service team: Schedule and dispatch field technicians, monitor job progress, and keep projects on track.
- Deliver world-class customer service: Act as the main point of contact for our customers, providing timely updates, quotes, and solutions.
- Keep things running behind the scenes: Handle reports, records, invoices, scheduling, and support leadership with special projects.
- Build strong connections: Work closely with customers, vendors, and our internal teams to create smooth, positive experiences every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- A detail-oriented organizer who can juggle multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure.
- A clear communicator who shines on the phone, in emails, and in customer interactions.
- Someone tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (bonus points if you’ve used Service Fusion or other CRM tools).
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, service coordination, or account management.
- A natural problem-solver who’s ready to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.

- High School Diploma/GED required; college coursework preferred.
- Ability to sit, work at a computer, and occasionally lift light office supplies.
- Must be available to work 7am–4pm PST.
