Responsibilities:
- Load and unload tents and equipment for events and installations.
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials and staff to job sites.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of tents and related equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and report any issues.
- Support the team in various labor tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in labor-intensive roles, preferably in the events industry.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
