YOUR SCHEDULE

The Multi-Family Construction Products Sales Rep works from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Some limited travel is also required for this role.


YOUR DAY

As our Multi-Family Construction Products Sales Rep, you drive business growth, attract new clients, deepen relationships with existing ones, and close deals for our line of Division 10 products. Your focus is on the multi-family construction sector, actively researching and identifying potential clients such as developers, architects, and general contractors. By proactively contacting prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of our products, and addressing any concerns, you confidently close deals and increase revenue. You nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.

As you negotiate with clients, you prepare accurate documentation and submit competitive proposals, quotes, and bids. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and various internal teams, you ensure products are appropriately delivered and installed. You strive to smash your targets and propel growth, and you accomplish this by staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs. Tracking your pipeline progress and sales activities, you make a tangible impact on our company and customers.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in construction sales
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth - please include specific examples in your resume or application!
  • Strong understanding of the multi-family construction sector, blueprints, and project timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools
  • Self-starter with a high motivation to meet goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory
  • Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with multi-family residential projects
  • Familiarity with Division 10 product lines such as closet shelving, restroom partitions, lockers, and other specialty products
