Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with 8–15 years of manufacturing experience to join a dynamic and growing organization. This individual will be responsible for refining and optimizing production operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize process parameters including temperature, pressure (gas & liquid), flow rates, and cycle times.

Establish and maintain statistical process controls (SPC) to ensure product quality and reduce variability.

Evaluate and refine equipment specifications to improve efficiency and performance.

Troubleshoot process inefficiencies, implementing technical and cost-effective solutions.

Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure workflows align with ISO and industry requirements.

Integrate robotics and automation technologies, including AI-driven systems, to improve efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, production, and supply chain.

Drive continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC methodologies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

8–15 years of experience in manufacturing, process optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of SPC and quality assurance principles.

Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing techniques.

Proficiency in process engineering software and statistical tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proven background in aerospace, automotive, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, or related industries preferred.
