Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings
- Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring
- Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies
- Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education
- Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
