Customer Service Representative | Manhattan, NY, 10036 | Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | $800-$1400 per week

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to represent products through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. This role involves engaging customers in person, presenting services, and completing sales transactions. While customer service is important, this is primarily a sales-driven position.

They are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are comfortable engaging customers face-to-face and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role
  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions

Desirable

  • Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

The Role

  • Approach and engage customers in person
  • Present products and promotions clearly and professionally
  • Conduct clear and informative product demonstrations, answering customer questions effectively
  • Guide customers through plan selection and support them with account setup
  • Accurately process sales applications and required documentation
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions
