Spend your summer outdoors as the first friendly face members and guests see at the Colony Pool. This seasonal position plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for everyone who walks through the gate.
What You’ll Do
- Greet members and check IDs or membership cards
- Verify guest credentials and collect guest fees
- Maintain accurate sign-in logs and records
- Answer questions about pool hours, events, and policies
- Enforce club rules and notify management of concerns
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the gatehouse and entry area clean and organized
- Conduct routine restroom checks and restock supplies

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Ability to stay professional and attentive in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions
- Outdoor summer environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting up to 20 pounds
- Exposure to heat, weather, and cleaning products
- Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
