Job Description
The Sensory Brain in Pasadena, CA is excited to welcome a caring and collaborative part-time Occupational Therapist OTR/L to our team. This role is especially wonderful for working parents, caregivers, or anyone who wants meaningful pediatric work with the freedom to design a schedule that truly fits their life.
The Role:
- Provide pediatric OT services for Regional Center families, including early intervention, in-home sessions, and in-clinic support
- Complete documentation, parent coaching, and care coordination
- Travel to home visits within a comfortable geographic radius that we plan together (Pasadena, South Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, and Northeast Los Angeles Radius)
- Enjoy the option to add in clinic hours in our supportive, sensory-rich environment
- Flexible schedule! Build a caseload around your availability so you can balance work and home life with ease
Compensation and Benefits
- $70-80 per client hour
- Paid travel time between clients plus mileage reimbursement

Required Qualifications
- Active California and National OTR/L license
- 2+ years of pediatric experience working with children
- A genuine passion for developmental therapy, family collaboration, and caregiver coaching
We are looking for:
- Someone who brings warmth, consistency, and strong communication to the families you serve
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a flexible independent caseload with supportive guidance available
- Experience with Regional Center work is helpful but not required
