Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year involves working across both Richfield and Burnsville locations, offering a dynamic schedule and exposure to a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
- Holds a valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Minnesota (or eligible to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Comfortable providing therapy, assessments, and consultations in educational settings
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with educators and families
- Able to split time between two sites and adapt to varied caseloads and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with individual IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and perform progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and support staff for holistic care
- Maintain timely, accurate reports, documentation, and record-keeping
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and other school-based support activities
- Travel between Richfield and Burnsville sites as scheduled to meet the needs of both schools
