We're Hiring: Production Coordinator
Ready Roofer is a leading provider of roofing services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient roofing solutions. As we are expanding, we are seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to join us in taking Ready Roofer to the next level. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our job costing processes, acquiring necessary permits/licenses, and coordinating the ordering of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain job costing procedures to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
Procure permits and licenses as required for each project.
Coordinate material ordering and inventory management to guarantee sufficient supplies for ongoing jobs.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for technology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional phone etiquette.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Solid mathematical abilities and familiarity with a calculator.
Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.
