Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience for a 13-week contract position in Houston, TX. This opportunity is within a home infusion pharmacy environment and is ideal for pharmacists who are comfortable working independently after initial training.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Prep medications for clean room work
</li>
<li>
Verify sterile compounds prepared by technicians
</li>
<li>
Perform IV compounding as needed
</li>
<li>
Check medications, supplies, and deliveries for accuracy prior to dispatch
</li>
<li>
Perform other general pharmacy duties as assigned
</li>
<li>
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Texas Pharmacist License (active and in good standing)
</li>
<li>
IV Certification
</li>
<li>
Previous home infusion or inpatient hospital experience
</li>
<li>
Proven sterile compounding experience
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently after one week of training
</li>
