Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Temporary Project)

Job Type: Temporary (2–3 weeks)

Pay Rate: $24 – $26 per hour

Location : Commerce, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking 3–4 detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to assist with an upcoming short-term project. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role expected to last 2–3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
Review, verify, and correct information for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or database systems.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:

Full-time hours during the project duration (2–3 weeks).
Flexibility to meet project deadlines may be required.
