Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on email marketing and marketing automation. This role will partner closely with internal communications and subject-matter experts to deliver clear, accurate, and engaging campaigns that align with organizational goals. This opportunity is open due to a leave of absence and is ongoing for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational objectives
- Translate business and communication goals into effective campaign strategies and messaging
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, content, and internal stakeholders
- Write, edit, and refine marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and audience alignment
- Adapt messaging across channels and stages of the audience lifecycle
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Oversee audience segmentation, campaign setup, and basic automation workflows
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
- Marketo certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns within Marketo
- Strong marketing writing and editing skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience working in healthcare, medical, nonprofit, or professional association environments preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
