Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based Position
Location: Orange, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Remainder of the 2024-2025 School Year (Strong possibility of renewal for the 2025-2026 school year)
Caseload: K-12 Students
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for a full-time school-based role in Orange, CA. This position is ideal for a PT with school-based experience who is passionate about supporting students' physical development and independence in a school setting.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time (35-37.5 hours per week).
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be provided upon interview).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Duration: Remainder of the current school year, with a strong possibility of renewal for the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and school staff.
- Evaluate and assess students physical needs and set achievable goals.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of students motor skills and independence.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid California PT license.
- School-based experience is required.
- Strong organizational and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
