Summary

Responsible for the total installation component of the customer experience for Full-Service Flooring Company in HOUarea.

Duties

Duties included, but not limited to:
• Schedule projects with customers
• Manage flooring installation crews
• Resolve job site issues
• Oversee service calls and claims
• Ensure customer satisfaction for completed projects

Requirements

• Must have leadership skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills, written and verbal
• Can handle customer concerns/complaints with ease and stay calm and focused.
• Detail Oriented • Organized
• Time-Management Skills
• Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and work
• Ability to utilize industry specific software (comprehensive training provided)
• A positive, can-do attitude
