Manufacturing Manager
Location: Anaheim, CA
We are a developer and manufacturer of system level thermal solutions. For the past 20+ years we've partnered with customers in the Aerospace, Military, Medical, Industrial Products and Government R&D sectors to help them utilize our technology on mission critical applications all the way from spacecraft thermal management to medical surgery temperature control at ranges from -150 to 1,100 degrees Celsius!
Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee and improve our production processes within the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving innovations in thermal management for spacecraft production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the manufacturing team to ensure production goals are met.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize thermal management solutions for aerospace applications.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a skilled and high-performing workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of thermal management principles and their application in manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
