Job DescriptionGeneral Labor Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed) Location: Youngstown, OH We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Pay Rate:

<li>$18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Read tape measures and blueprints accurately</li>
<li>Assist with operation of Brake Press</li>
<li>Operate Saw Cutter and Iron Worker equipment</li>
<li>Help in Shipping &amp; Receiving (picking, packing, strapping)</li>
<li>Operate forklifts safely</li>
<li>Perform general labor tasks as assigned</li>
<li>Welding experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must pass a background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Physically able to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings</li>
<li>Forklift certification (or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Basic mechanical aptitude</li>
