Job DescriptionWe are looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our creative team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado and offers the opportunity to craft compelling narratives and impactful messaging across diverse media formats. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Creative Directors to develop campaigns and content that align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Transform creative briefs into engaging concepts, copy, and visuals that align with client strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and use them to fuel innovative ideas.
• Adapt brand voice effectively across multiple media formats and platforms.
• Refine and elevate creative work to ensure it meets high-quality standards and exceeds expectations.
• Balance creative vision with practical execution to produce deliverables that are both innovative and feasible.
• Craft compelling content for various media channels while staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to present ideas, incorporate feedback, and maintain creative integrity.
• Revise work thoughtfully in response to input while preserving the essence of the original concept.
• Manage deadlines efficiently, communicating proactively about adjustments when necessary.
• Write scripts and other content with precise timing and formatting requirements.• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in copywriting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including grammar mastery and persuasive writing.
• Proven ability to follow client direction and deliver creative work that aligns with strategic goals.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to push boundaries and develop original ideas.
• Familiarity with cultural, artistic, and media trends to inform and enhance creative work.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, respecting all roles within an agency environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
