<p>Role Description</p>
<p>This is a part-time, on-site (hybrid possible) Behavioral Therapist role based in Lawrence, NJ. The Behavioral Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy services, to assist clients in overcoming challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team for overall health and wellness. The behavioral therapist will provide individual, couples and group counseling for various addiction and mental health issues.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to engage and build positive relationships with clients.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field required</li>
<li>Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus</li>
<li>Supervision available for licensure in process.</li>
