Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote)

As our digital presence grows, we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach, engage our audience, and generate qualified leads.
Role Overview
This is a remote, full-time position. You’ll manage and grow our social media presence, run marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to support recruiting goals. This role has strong potential to grow into a senior leadership position as we scale.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Program and manage participant prescreening surveys in SurveyMonkey

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with actionable insights

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with recruiting objectives

Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform best practices
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

1–2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital ads, or related field

Proficiency with ad platforms and social media tools (Facebook Ads Manager preferred)

Strong analytical skills and computer literacy

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects

Experience with SurveyMonkey and Google Sheets a plus

Strong communicator, self-starter, and highly organized
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,000 per year

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation + 5 sick days annually
