Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a temporary position contract role for 4-6 months. Remote- Must live in Pacific, Mountain or Central time Zone only.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hourly pay range: $32.00- $35 per hour DOE
Job Summary:
Assist with internal recruiting efforts. Scheduling and interviewing potential candidates for roles within the organization.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to articulate with strong attention to detail
- Organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multiple software and internet-based applications
- MS Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with recruitment and staffing
