This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gardena, CA, for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling account discrepancies. Additional daily duties include maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, and working closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any billing concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial management skills, including knowledge of accounts receivable processes and systems
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and tools for data management and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to address discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Significant experience in a similar role or accounting-related field is required
- Relevant education in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
