We are currently seeking Upholstery Manufacturing Associates to join our team at our facility located in Advance, NC, Manufacturing Faciluty.

As an Upholstery Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing various tools and machinery to manufacture high-quality upholstery products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in operating band saws, belt sanders, blow molding machines, conveyor systems, calipers and micrometers, clamp trucks, edge banders, gluer machines, industrial robots, and CNC routers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain band saws, belt sanders, blow molding machines, conveyor systems, calipers and micrometers, clamp trucks, edge banders, gluer machines, industrial robots, and CNC routers
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating band saws, belt sanders, blow molding machines, conveyor systems, calipers and micrometers, clamp trucks, edge banders, gluer machines, industrial robots, and CNC routers
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent related job experience
