Job DescriptionSalary: Starting at $100,000, increased based on experience

Today, we provide care services to Medical Oncology and Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Rheumatology, and Urology patients. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Completes the hiring, onboarding, annual reviews, schedule, timesheet and PTO approval, training, discipline and coaching of nursing and clinical navigator team.
  • Oversees nursing and clinical navigator staffing matters, including training, development, and engagement.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates goals and activities to execute day to day operations of the clinical teams.
  • Responsible for clinic flow and cohesiveness of nursing team.
  • Creates and ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures to promote safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Assesses, monitors, and educates nursing staff on standards of patient care, instituting emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Participates in collaboration and leadership throughout the clinic.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Compassionate and caring bedside manner.
  • Motivational Managerial Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Education:

  • Experience in Oncology strongly preferred.
  • Associate degree in nursing required, BSN strongly preferred.
  • Idaho RN License, required upon hire.
  • CPR/BLS certification, required upon hire.
